Hello everyone,

I’m Hilman Basri, the founder of FAMES Creative Academy and The Online Motivation.

For the past 17 years, I’ve been working with youths and adolescents from all walks of life. I’ve been an educator, mentor, trainer, coach, instructor and even a counsellor.

Through those years of handling youths, one of the major issues faced by teenagers and young adults remained the same. Which is lack of self-esteem, confidence and self-belief. This problem didn’t just originates from schools through their peers but also at home, where students finds it hard to communicate with their parents.

Hence, this issue can be the start to their lifelong problems. If not being address and manage, these youths will always feel outplayed, outdone and often felt out of place whether in their future workplace and among the society.

How do I know about this?

Well, besides my 17 years handling youths… I was indeed, myself, someone who lacked self-esteem in my younger days. However, with the right guidance from the right people, empowered by the will to do good for myself and others, and most of all, going through lots of obstacles and challenges in my youth, I managed to survive those troubling high school years and chart my own path of passion.

Now when we talk about passion, many youths might not know what they like because school mostly focus on academic excellence. Eventhough we cater them for CCA to fill up their aesthetic/ physical well-being, some might say they joined the CCA simply because they had no choice or because their friends joined the same CCA too.

Many will end up following the crowd and will not just struggle in studies but at the same time struggle to even identify their true passion and interest.

As a result, they finished secondary school feeling lost and wonder what to do next.

Clearly you don’t want your child to be stuck in that predicament. Right?

So what can you do to make sure your child has the self-belief to excel not just in studies but also at the things they love?

Studies is of course a priority, but we don’t want our youths to face burn-out, stress or any depressing emotions at a young tender age.

For a start, we need to be supportive of their views, opinions and interest.

We want our child to remain happy and positive. At the same time, be open-minded to discuss with us on their worries and challenges.

That’s where we, in FAMESCA can help you by building the bridge between you and your child.

In FAMESCA, we will sit and listen to your child’s worries, concerns and doubts. We shall strategize a “game plan” and being by their side always.

We will provide you and your child with lifetime coaching, mentoring and counselling sessions through all modes and mediums of communications such as tele-conferencing, video calls, one-to-one, group and individual therapy plus a chance to enhance on your child’s skills and passion through our Spotify, Youtube and Podcast channels.

They will be invited to feature in our group discussions for our FAMESCA Television Networks and The Online Motivation TV.

Communications will always be the outmost priority when you are a squad member with FAMESCA. Our team will try our very best to cater for your child’s needs and we will be working very closely with various industries experts and build closer ties between you (parents) and your child.

We, in FAMESCA do not judge any of our squad members. We shall guide them towards the right path and hope that they will not repeat the same mistake again.

While FAMESCA caters more on the aesthetic part in our squad members’ development.

The Online Motivation on the other hand, handles the philosophical-psychology, emotional and self-driven motivation aspects of our squad members.

The Online Motivation allows your child to voice out their concerns, discuss it with fellow squad members and motivate one another.

It is a step forward for them to see things in a broader scale and find alternatives in solving challenging tasks.

We inculcate diplomacy, cooperation, collaborations, constructivism and productivity.

At the same time, we elevate a healthy and positive working culture among squad members and leaders.
